Custom Orders

At Burlington Jewellery, we take pride in helping you design one-of-a-kind jewellery or reorder select pieces from our new jewellery collection. While antique and vintage jewellery is generally not repeatable, our new pieces can sometimes be re-made or customized to meet your needs.

Whether you want a wedding band to perfectly fit around your engagement ring, or a unique piece inspired by a photo, our team is here to create something truly special.

 

Special Orders

• We are happy to order any available item specifically for you.

• A special order price will be provided upfront. Prices are net and not subject to sales, discounts, or promotions.

• A minimum 50% deposit is required to place the order.

• Standard delivery for most special orders is 4–6 weeks, unless otherwise advised.

• Final payment is due within 2 weeks of the item arriving in store.

• No refunds are offered for change of mind on special order items, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

Custom Orders

• We can custom-make jewellery pieces according to your specifications.

• An upfront quote will include all materials and labour costs. Prices are net and not eligible for discounts or promotions.

• A minimum 50% deposit is required to begin work.

• Depending on the complexity, production may take 5–8 weeks. Please consult our staff for an estimated timeframe.

• Final payment and collection are required within 2 weeks of completion.

• Custom jewellery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as each piece is made to your specifications.

 

Cancellation Policy

• A minimum cancellation charge of 50% of the sale price applies to any special or custom order.

• Please choose carefully, as these pieces are crafted specifically for you.
