At Burlington Jewellery, we ensure that your engagement rings, wedding bands, and diamond jewellery are carefully processed, beautifully packaged, and securely delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 72 hours pending payment verification. Each piece of jewellery is individually packaged in a luxury gift box. If your order is a gift and you do not want a receipt included, please notify us immediately. After dispatch, you will receive an automated email or SMS notification with tracking so you can monitor your consignment journey. Please note we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Free shipping on orders over $100.

  • Sent via Australia Post Registered Express with signature required on delivery.

  • Careful handling ensures your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully.

International Shipping

  • Available to selected countries. Please contact us before placing your order.

  • Orders under AUD $2,000: Australia Post International for AUD $50.

  • Orders over AUD $2,000: Australia Post International free of charge.

  • DHL shipping quotes available on request.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local sales taxes. Please check your country’s policies before ordering.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, contact enquiries@burlingtonjewellery.com.au. Please provide accurate information as we cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect details.

Cancellations and Re-directions

Once an order has been sent, we cannot change or cancel it. For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
