We strive to ensure that all information on the site is complete, accurate, and current. However, details about engagement rings, wedding bands, diamond jewellery, and other products may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Specifications, prices, and descriptions may change without notice.

Colors may vary depending on your computer or device display. While we aim for accuracy, Burlington Jewellery cannot guarantee exact color representation. The inclusion of any product or service on the website does not guarantee its availability at any time, and we may discontinue products without notice.

 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product and confirming that all information provided is accurate. You must be an authorized user of the payment method used.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantity of items per order

  • Refuse any order without prior notice

  • Cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical or other errors

If payment has been made for an order that is canceled due to an incorrect price, a full refund of the incorrect amount will be issued.

  • No exchanges or refunds on special or custom orders

 

Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.

  • Payment options: credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and selected bank transfer services.

 

Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 3 business days pending payment verification.

  • Domestic Australia: Free shipping for orders over $100 via Australia Post Registered Express with signature. Same-day courier service available in Melbourne Metro at customer cost—enquire for a quote. In-store collection is also available.

    • Orders $100–$5,000: AUD $50

      • Orders under $100: AUD $30

      • Orders $100–$5,000: AUD $50

      • Orders over $5,000: Free

      • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local sales taxes. Please check your country’s policies before ordering.
